Bryant – Regional
Property Manager - Michelle joined CRES in 2020 as
Senior Property Manager to provide more in-person supervision at the
properties and expertise with our leasing and account systems, employee
training, day-to-day operations, capital projects, and renovations. In
2022 she was promoted to Regional Manager and currently oversees several
properties in Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa. Her expertise in evaluating and
training personnel and has helped create successful property teams throughout
her region. She assists with due diligence for new acquisitions and has
helped several property teams prepare for a sale. Michelle brings over 23
years experience in the multi-family industry covering all property types. She is always available to assist her teams and her colleagues.
