This past weekend was the 26th Annual Crystal Merits Awards,
presented by the Apartment Association of Kansas City. We are excited to
announce that Fox Run Apartments in Lawrence, KS was awarded "Best
Renovation." Congratulations to the team, Jessi Hageman,
Brandon Clevenger, and Sean Termanin, with the leadership of Michelle Bryant,
on a very successful renovation. Residences at Prairiefire in Overland Park, KS
was awarded "Best Model." This is the 3rd award this model has
