In 2025, CRES Management experienced meaningful growth and momentum. We successfully onboarded four new communities, adding 784 doors to our portfolio. Our team stayed actively engaged in the industry through AAKC events and gave back through charity efforts with Operation Breakthrough. We strengthened our team culture by welcoming new team members and growing closer as a group, while also celebrating individual excellence—including team members being recognized with awards such as Best Leasing Professional of the Year.
